INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
​
I can meet with you one-on-one privately in my office. You can come down to chat about anything, such as problems at home or with friends.
Whatever is said in my office stays in my office!

SMALL GROUP COUNSELING
​
Throughout the school year I hold small groups. To be apart of a group we would have to have parent/guardian permission, but teachers, parents, and even yourself can refer to join.
​
Whatever is said in groups, stays in groups!
​
Groups can include: Friendships, Anger management, Grief, and more.
​

CLASSROOM LESSONS
​
During the school year, I will be coming in and out of your classrooms delivering lessons about different topics!
We will be playing games, watching videos, completing worksheets, and reading stories.
​
Topics include: bullying, kindness, study skills, stress management, emotions, careers, and more.
