WELCOME PARENTS AND FAMILIES!

As your students school counselor I am here to support you and your student any way that I can. Services that I offer for students include: individual counseling, small groups, and classroom lessons.

REFERRALS:

 

Students may self-refer, be in the middle of a crisis/emergency, or be referred by a teacher, administrator, or parent. Although

I have a degree in counseling, I can not provide long term therapy to students. When students are seeking long term therapy I can refer them to a mental health professional within the community. 

 

Referrals can be made for the following, but not limited too:

• Eating disorders

• Mental/behavioral health services

• Long term counseling (grief, abuse)

What students tell me is confidential unless I feel there is a risk of hurting self or others, someone is hurting them, or they give me permission to disclose what is discussed.

CONSULTATION:

I am happy to discuss any concerns from parents or family members. I may be reached via email or phone.
